CLIMATE CHANGE CONFERENCE

A major conference focusing on climate change has opened in Bangkok this morning, so how ironic that the heavens opened at 6.30am this morning, causing flash floods and serious congestion in what is already a seriously congested city at the best of times. If conference delegates were anything like my staff then most would have been anything up to an hour late.
