DECISION DAY IS LOOMING

The end of my search for editorial staff is drawing to an end. Four candidates have just completed a 20-minute telephone interview with one of the senior editors in New York, and four more will go through the same process tomorrow. I'm very confident that I will soon be able to finalise the two top positions and put together the rest of the editorial team.
